ID Request - VIC South-East Suburbs

Hey, guys. Long time lurker first time poster here. Went for a quick pick this afternoon in hope for some active P.subs & came across plenty of which I'm certain are active but want an experienced confirmation. I've been picking a fair bit but never found anything I was certain with until now.
They were all found in the same patch, with many different species of mushrooms growing around the same area.
Habitat: Wood chip mulch - Under a covered area by trees & under and around a fallen dead tree. (didn't manage to get a picture of it, unfortunately)
Gills: Is a light brown/tan colour that has a deep blue tinge on the outer skirts.
Stem: White, fairly solid. Majority of them have a thickness of about 4-6mm
Cap: Light brown/slightly golden. Most of the semi-mature ones I found have convex caps (which I assume is from the heavy rain we've had over the past week.)
Spore print color: Currently in process. Will update later if I need to.
Bruising: Very blue, some were already blue but after handling them they all show a very visible blue tinge where I bruised them.
Location: South eastern suburbs, Victoria.
The pictures don't show the blue bruising very well (they're a lot more blue irl)

Any information would be greatly appreciated

First impressions is a yes and about 96% sure there subs, except for one photo where the gills look a little yellow which I know there is a very similar lookalike with yellow gills. However do s spore print even just a 4-6 hour one and if that bad boy comes back s blacky purple then you hit a bulls eye man

Do you know what the look alike is by any chance?
And thanks, man. I'll check the spore print in a few hours!

Good to hear they are all p subs! I was pretty sure but am no TI so would never say 100% sure. Enjoy your trip man! Remember it's all about the setting! Make the place "feel" safe and stay relaxed and let the magic happen.

Could I just ask, if shrooms of similar appearance don't bruise blue, should I assume they are not active?

You're thinking of Galerina marginata and Leratiomyces ceres. Some other look-alikes include some Tubaria and Cortinarius species.

Yeah, pretty much. Psilocybe subaeruginosa should always bruise blue.

Thanks Mystical and Trimmi. I know there's heaps of little browns growing in a park near me, I'll pick some and post an ID thread soon.
