prity sure these are active but this is my 1st find so i thought i should confirm.
there was blue bruising but its hard to see in the photos.
found it woodchips / soil.

noob 1st post so i hope its in the correct spot etc...

Looks like Psilocybe subaeruginosa to me.:thumbup:
Make sure they're all bruising blue. And wait for a T.I to confirm, of course.

and also please be careful not to pick pins, i.e the little baby ones, i know it can be hard.

btw i dried these in the oven for a couple of hours on 50C.
i didnt stuff them up did i? there not burnt just crispy dry

:O that drying method definitely isn't the way to go, fan dry them overnight for a few days in a dark spot on a flat piece of cardboard or hand towels. They look pretty burnt? what are they like on the inside?

there is still a bit of color on the stems. a bit of white on the inside of them. ill just eat a few and see if they work

yeah i have heard a lot of stories of people ruining their shrooms that way.

Seems you oxidized them with heat as a catalyst, drying them was merely the by product.

I went looking for a fan the other day.. literally almost nowhere sells them in winter. I'd look on TradeMe.
