i've been using those large plastic boxes (thing tupperware) for a little project. problem is what i think are sciarids ( or perhaps fruit flies ) have been getting into the colonies and multiplying like mad...along with this i've had a lot of problems w/ verticillium. so i'm hoping someone might have an innovative solution, or at least an idea of what kind of journals i could read about this stuff. thanks
Lots of commercial cultivators have insect problems. (rather unheard of by most home cultivators)
There is no miracle spray that will kill an insect and not effect such a delicate thing as fungi in some way or another. I think I would just trash what I had going on there...detox the area, the equipment thoroughly until your confident the problem wont arrise again.
