damn that would be depressing, these speakers and all cost alot of money when they were knew. I guess time does that, I am not sure how speakers could get much better than these though, They sound super crisp, as if they are brand new

anythign second hand is generally discounted to 50% straight away, then its 5 years old and maybe worn out or damaged, thus even cheaper. these things dont hold value well. especially considering the new technology that has since been released supersedes it also

Don't listen to these guys, throw them up on a decent swap n shop page for a while, and you'll get what you want eventually, i'll wait till you give the specs on them before I throw out a guaranteed price but I'd say $300 for them all at least.
Walk through your car audio store and see what decent shit costs new...
...Nobody wants to pay that when you can get good conditioned items for less

That is what I am saying man, I was a fool for buying this shit new when the price degrades so fast, and like I said the quality of the speakers is 'like new' I couldn't tell the difference between new and used with these bad boys. I never OD blasted them I just liked hearing the song in high quality for that crispness. I still do, but I need the cash.. but yeah, tomorrow I will re-post

Nice audio gear lasts a near eternity. My dad has a bunch of shit from the 70s that still works great. I would seriously never buy new audio gear. Total waste of money. My bass, amp, keyboard, keyboard monitor, floor speakers, and amp are all used.

Yeah I am debating on keeping the door speakers, I could do without the subs. Honestly the door speakers have all the bass I need. I used to blast the subs in highschool till i was 20ish.. but I have lost the desire for rattling my eardrums to show off, and what not. I just like the crispness now, at a nice volume, not too loud. So I guess I really see no need to have subs then
