Thanks for the quick response
I have a question in general. As i live in Victoria I have found that the following four mushrooms are confirmed to grow here. -Panaeolus cinctulus -Gymnopilus purpuratus -Psilocybe semilanceata -Psilocybe subaeruginosa
Do these all bruise dark purple/black?

Panaeolus cinctulus might not, but there may be some at the base of the stem, active Gymnopilus species should bruise but could perhaps be more subtle than Psilocybe species and the bruising may appear more green than blue, and Psilocybe semilanceata aren't big bruisers either but are probably similar to Panaeolus cinctulus in that respect. P. subaeruginosa, on the other hand, will bruise heavily. You should expect to encounter specimens of all 4 of these species which do bruise, but the ones I have outlined tend to bruise inconsistently, from what I have read.
