Seriously, how much sleep do you need to survive?

dunno.. sleep is pretty weird shit. Like theoretically we don't need it, but if our pre-human ancestors spent all night foraging then they would be procuring far less food in the dark then in the night so they wouldn't get an energy "profit" so we have bodies that go into stasis when it's not a good time to go hunting.

depends on the day sometimes 4 hours, sometimes 10.

--------------------
Annnnnnd I had a light saber and my friend was there and I said "you look like an indian" and he said "you look like satan" and he found a stick and a rock and he named the rock ooga booga and he named the stick Stick and we both thought that was pretty funny. We got eaten alive by mosquitos but didn't notice til the next day. I stepped on some glass while wading in the swamp and cut my foot open, didn't bother me til the next day either....yeah it was a good time, ended the night by buying some liquor for minors and drinking nips and going to he diner and eating chicken fingers, and then I went home and went to bed.---senior doobie

Personally, I hate going to bed. And I'm hating all of you right now for keeping my interest, which prevents me from going to bed right now.

It isn't more complicated than that.
It is opening to or recieving the present moment, pleasant or unpleasant, just as it is,
without either clinging to it or rejecting it.

Personally, I'd prefer more than 4 and 1/2 hours, but then, I should get off the internet earlier...

To which part of my sentence does your statement refer?  And to whichever part your statement refers, what does either of my statements have to do with being an ADHDer??

It's either a woman or a cross-dresser. Look a little closer...

My bad, wasn't very specific there. The wanting more than 4? hours part is what I was referring to.

"Wanting" and "getting" are two different things, are they not?
