Have job - have job interview - what to do?

Ok - So I have a job that I am perfectly happy with, I just wrapped up my 2nd week. It's a no skill labour position but it pays enough (barely), is clean, easy, and flexible therefore I am happy.
I have applied to many positions locally, and got an interview for a large well known employer (cement factory - who is actually next door to my current employer). I am shocked that i got an interview and will be competing against 12-15 other applicants. The position is vague but will entail being a temporary labourer with between 7-90 days of work (wtf?). The kicker is, it pays $10/hr more than my current job, and I would love to have it....
FYI - I am a student and am only looking for summer work, possibly with very limited hours into the school year.
So - I am going to tell my current employer that I have to go to school on the morning of the interview (and they are cool with that, so they'll be none-the-wiser.) - However, should i mention my current gig at the interview?
I am afraid of coming off like I am willing to jump ship when a better offer comes around.... How do i proceed?

Depends on how easily you can find a third job. If you can't easily find a third one paying roughly what the first one pays that you'd be happy doing, then I'd just stick with the first one.

Tell the interview job about ur current job and mention as a professional curtsey you'll have to put in two weeks notice but maybe able to start much sooner. Bosses like this kinda stuff cuz it means your employable and not gonna bail on them n stuff like this. Once you 100% have the other job and your sure you want it then quit the other job. Jus always try to never burn a bridge.

Great advice. That is a very good way of phrasing it.
My current job is pretty relaxed anyways, and I don't think me leaving would effect them much. (there was virtually no training involved, and they are slower than expected - thus, half day today and no work tommorow.)
I am pretty sure they wouldn't be upset.

Don't be so sure. People don't like it when you just up and decide not to show up when they expect you to be there. With 2 weeks notice that gives them time to find someone to replace you, but if you just up and quit one day, you could be pissing someone off, even if it makes no logical sense to you that it would piss them off.
