OK, I birthed a cake into spring water, cold shocked approx. 20 hours, and then put in fruiting chamber. Next day. One small blue spot on top outside edge of cake. Bright blue. Easily assumed it was bruising from my thumb or forefinger when placing in chamber. Now, 5 days later, it has become a dark blue, and has spread to about twice it's original size. I have about 15-20 fruits already growing from this cake, and are about 1-2 days from harvest. Now, as I said, I just assumed it was bruising, as it is not fuzzy or anything. But now it has spread and lost it's luster and has me worried. Does anyone know what this is, or have a link to anything that might help me find out?? Thanks, I appreciate your help, in advance.
