Need help Identifying :D

I found all of these growing in some wood chips in my back yard. The area is very rotten from the many weeks of rain here in Texas. Because it has been so humid lately, I figured it was time to scout out my yard for fungi growing around my house. I discovered some in massive clusters, and others in random places.
EDIT: Would have info about spore prints and such but I am color blind and have no one around to help me with colors. I know it is a hassle for others to help me without this information, but please help if you can

Photos 7 & 8 are a Gymnopilus species and by the looks have a good possibility of being active. The majority/all of the rest seem to be collybioid mushrooms, not active.
For spore printing, follow the directions in this handy link and post your results if you wish so we can tell you what color they are (rusty orange and buff/white is I'm expecting): http://www.mushroomexpert.com/spore_print.html

They are definitely Gymnopilus, like I mentioned in my reply above.

9-10 are not Gymnopilus junonius or any Gymnopilus at whatsoever.
For the third time...photos 7 & 8 are Gymnopilus, and by the looks of it fits under the Gymnopilus Aeruginosus-luteofolius clade.

Yes. If you want a trip from the Gyms you'll have to collect about one dry ounce (+/-), so save those until you collect a bunch more.

An entire ounce? O.o I am one of those people that has a non existent tolerance for any sort of psychoactive substance so I think I'll be okay. 8/10 of those pictures were growing in the same rotten wood mulch area, while the gymns were under a tree and there were only two of them sadly. I will be going to a wooded area of 10 acres this weekend. Gonna need your pros to do some more id'ing for me will post spore prints next time.

Nah, you won't trip from the amount of gyms you have pictured whatsoever. Any feels you may get would be placebo...it's simply not even close to enough, not even for a threshold experience.

Sorry to post again with very little info. My buddy who lives in the afformentioned 10 acre wooded area just sent me these pics, although the best pictures, they are not. Any thoughts? I'm pretty sure picture #1 is poisonous.

Nah, that's Coprinellus domesticus, non toxic. Pretty cool coprinioid though.
