I had some I harvested after a month and eight days. I ate a fair amount thinking they're young and not super potent. I was caught off guard. I have the same genetics Going in a few other jars that'll be aged to perfection.

Very interesting, how much did you take and how do you think it compares to more mature ones?
I saw you mention harvesting them in another thread where I was saying I had not heard of people eating them early.
I think sclerotia is perfect for beginners, the only downside (besides spore price) I usually see mentioned is that cubes are faster, and how you must wait 3-6 months before you harvest sclerotia. But obviously you can harvest earlier, and good to see it verified that they can be effective.
Aero's were growing remarkably fast, I wonder how short a time you could get away with.

The speed of colonization is very reflective of how long of a wait time may be ideal, since it is indicative of metabolic speed et cetera et cetera. You can def harvest at 2 months if you want. But since a grower is best off making several jars in a batch, many of those can wait until later, probably to some benefit, possibly to some serious benefit, so I say most should. I agree that sclerotia are great for beginners, because they're easy, but since they're slow and since I and others have many newish great invitro teks for Cubie I would mainly only suggest sclerotia for particularly lazy people. If you have beginners start only with sclerotia when invitro Cubie teks are so quick and easy, you have them wait 2-3 times as long for results, and they don't learn as much about the grow processes.

I tried twelve grams fresh. It's not heroic, but it took me by surprise. I would definitely recommend a longer aging for the stones. I only harvested these because the substrate they were in had green showing itself on the bottom.

Absolutely, I am be no means suggesting harvesting them all early. The stones would get bigger and I would guess more potent over time, but grains are cheap and someone might be in a rush to get a dose.
You mention 2 months but I am thinking of much shorter like 3 weeks or so. Aero's jars had very well developed stones at 1 month, but even at just over 2 weeks it looked like there might have been enough for a dose. The grains could have been put back into the jar to get more.

I think its a possibility but it needs testing of course. This culture I'm playing with seems like a good candidate for early harvests. I'm trying to fruit them now so keep your eyes on my other thread. I'll bee giving away prints upon a successful fruition
Also if u want to play with the very same culture PM me and we figure something out

5g/head and they were laughing? That doesn't sound potent to me, or am I missing something? 5g wet?
My first flush ever 2 weeks ago was so strong that 1 gram got me fucked up. I gave a gram to two friends of mine too and they got fucked up off it too. Like a bit of visuals but mostly changing how you think. Felt like 3-4 grams of other shrooms we have tried off the streets.

Yeah, I munched down on 30g fresh of those young stones I harvested. I don't favor the taste, and biting down on Verm feels like eggshells and makes me gag hard. I ended up tossing my cookies before the trip really took off.
I cloned these so we'll see how they turn out properly aged.

Yeah, they were in a tub of cvg. I took a brush to them and rinsed a little, but some remained.

I don't know if I got more, but they did grow larger at a much faster pace it seemed. Here's a picture of the stones breaking the surface of the sub.
