Okay, so need to share my dumb fuckin mistake..... Hopefully someone will benefit from my stupidity
So i did my first grow. Massive success, super happy. Thought sweet as, now i will up the score and do about 30 jars 12 pint, 12 half pint and a few quart rye jars.
This time i decided to use cyans instead of cubes. I made an assumption when i received the print that it was obtained from a cultivation not from the wild. WRONG.... I just checked my inbox and it was picked from the wild..... FUCK Lesson 1: Don't assume anythin Lesson 2: Label everything appropriately like 'Cyan wild print'
Anyways so now i've got about 8 jars remaining that aren't contaminated (the other 20 look like a fucking child has had access to an entire spectrum of coloured paints and splashed them all over the inside of my jars)
Ohhh AND I used the standard pf tek recipe. Little did I know that poo-loving fungi such as the cyan NEEDS POO. Fuck i feel ridiculous atm lol, I just thought eventually i would add the myc to a poo sub and it would take off and the brf cakes would be sufficient for myc growth until added to the sub. That does seem possible as I have had some myc grow but it's slow as fuck, the massive amount of contams on the print which i didn't clean would be the reason I've had such a massive contam issue.
Lesson 3: Clean all wild prints on agar.................
Oh well at least this has made me realise a pretty basic few things and due to the mass of contamination i just bought a 21L pressure cooker so it's time to party. I've put some Cyan spore solution on 10 agar plates and will begin the 'cleaning process' which i'm super excited about.
Thanks for reading.

Yeah. Agar always. Know your species preferred substrate and fruiting conditions.

Haha damn good luck dude. Pans are damn easy right up until fruiting time. Then they're a little finicky and require a lot more attention. Cubes are vastly superior in terms of ease and quantity. You should think about having cubes too because it can take a couple attempts at pans to see any.
