Spore print question

so I'm taking my first spore print today. my question is am I able to make a spore syringe right after a printing the cap or does it have to sit for 24 hours and dry. I'm printing inside of a jar so that I can squirt sterile water inside of it to make the spore syringe and using a PF Tek jar lid to inject the water with a syringe through the hole so everything can be enclosed during the process. Think this tek will make a viable syringe? Hope that all made sense. I can provide a pic if needed.

Correct, spore prints are able to made into solution as soon as they drop from the cap. The taking of prints inside of a sterilized jar so that sterilized water can be squirted into said jar creating a MS solution is a viable plan. You will contaminate your solution by using a standard average brf cake tek lid though.
Instead of using a standard average brf tek cake lid, a media closure intended for LC or grain spawn running with the utilization of synthetic filter disks, and/or whatman syringe filters will keep nasties out of your solution until it's used. If you are inoculating in open air, be sure said LC and/or grain spawn closures are fitted with a self healing injection port. If you are inoculating inside of a still air box, or in front of a flowhood just crack the lid open, spray in sterile water swiftly, and immediately cap the jar receiving the water carrying the print.

Are you using the whole spore print to make one syringe or is it a mason jar with a lot of distilled water for the print to be turned into multiple syringes?
