Well honestly you'll be somewhat hard pressed to put together a good setup in that price range and I think you should get a dripper instead of a tank because that's more my cup of tea and what I'm used to but what I would suggest based on what you want is this:

*Sigelei 30W Box Mod (or a higher wattage version if you go the dripper route, but that will be more expensive)
*Kanger Subtank Mini/Nano (and some extra spare parts for it such as coils, etc) OR a Mutation X V3 RDA
*A pair of Samsung 25R 18650 batteries
*Xtar VC2 charger
*Various tools (screwdrivers, tweezers, pliers, scissors, wire cutters, nail clippers, allen keys, etc.) - they will be of use especially if you ever make the jump into a dripper
*100' of 26 gauge A1 kanthal wire
*A pack of Shiseido cotton pads
*A multimeter/ohm reader (MANDATORY!)
*A hand drill (not necessary but really helps for wrapping coils)
*ejuice of your choice

For a vast amount of more information just hit up the e-cig forum on this website, we know our shit

And if you have any questions feel free to PM me and I'll answer them to the best of my abilities

If you decide to go the Subtank route I'd hit up a guy on here by the username of Kroniko, he got one not too long ago and can probably give you more help with that device than I can since I'm a dripper fiend

I dont want to get a dripper right now because I dont want to deal with the hassle of building just yet.

Sometime in the future I will probably get a dripper attachment for it though.

Also I already have a good supply of juice.

Then the Subtank + 30W Sigelei box would be your best bet

And yeah dripping is sort of a pain in the ass until you get used to it

Cheap, easy and awesome:

Eleaf Istick or Innokin MVP 30 watts or better with an Aspire Nautilus mini.

Just remembered that I still have an aspire mini nautilus tank that a friend had given me a while back.

Looks like all I have to do now is get a mod and some new coils for it.

yea those eleafs seem to be popular only problem is the battery is built in

I'm gonna recommend a used provari or provari mini. Quality is outstanding and has put up with 10x more abuse than my now broken lavatube and segelei zmax.

Sorry to hijack but can anybody offer a bit of advice? I had a protank mini 2 on one of those cheapo 3.7v ego batteries, but it broke so I upgraded to the protank mini 3 which is a dual coil. It vapes too hot for my liking and the hits are smaller than the single coil. What should I do to fix this? Would one of those variable voltage ego batteries do the trick or do I need to get something fancier? I just vape as a replacement for coffee to wake me up in the morning sometimes or to prevent benzo sleepiness.

put it on an 18650 battery man.. your experience will be more enjoyable ten fold.

the ego batteries just dont have enough ass for nicer tanks

I vape at 75 watts most of the time

Sometimes I crank it up to 100 but only when I'm feeling brave

The Sigelei 150 is a beast I highly recommend it

It has more power than I could ever need lots of cool features to boot and great quality

Got mine for $89 at JJVapes

Almost blasted through my 12mg 15ml bottle of unicorn puke that I got on sunday with the vape, probably gonna finish it off tomorrow.

Need to pick up some 18mg juice pronto since all I got left other than that is a few bottles of some 36mg that someone gave me that they got off the web. Shits definitely too strong for the way this thing rips in comparison to the lil old piece of shit vape I was using before.
