Do I need an airlock door for a FC growing oysters?

I'm going to growing oysters from 15-20 6' straw columns in a cornered off section of my basement. Everything is going to covered in plastic sheeting. Should I have an air lock door too?

Just get an outdoor rated door.  They are sealed pretty well.

Maybe I didn't explain it well. I mean like an small entry chamber. So that when I enter the FC, air from outside is not mixing with air from inside.

Sterile air is not a necessity inside a fruiting chamber.

Thanks. For oysters can I just go directly from grain spawn to fruiting the bulk substrate?
