ID Request: Oregon

Hello, I am brand new to this forum and for my first post I'm hoping to get an ID on these shrooms I found. I think they may be: Panaeolus cinctulus
Edit: I have more pictures if needed, also all my pictures are in habitat because the Shrooms just fell apart in a ziplock bag in my pocket.
Specimen #1

Habitat: in a woodsy park, tall grass, some sort of plant nutrients could have been close by considering the few freshly planted flowers/plants just a foot or so away
Gills: light brownish
Cap: looks little brown in the middle, creamy white. Chunks have been eaten off (dunno if this is a problem or not),
Spore Print Color: black, best I can give is from picture above
Bruising: any bruising was likely already there as the park is busy and a nearby shroom was uprooted, haven't noticed any changes
Location: Oregon
I'm welcome to any advice and happy to provide any more info if needed. Thank you!

What makes you say they aren't Panaelous Cinctulis?

Umm, not trying to be rude here.. but they just don't look anything like the Panaeolus cinctulis I have seen... maybe they grow differently where you are..? They just dont look at all like Pan cincts to me.
The ones I've picked/seen looked more like these

I suggest you read this: http://www.shroomery.org/12484/Panaeolus-cinctulus here it is shown Panaelous Cinctulis having very many different variations, especially with the caps and one of the pictures shown looks a lot like what I have.
