I use blockchain.info becuase its super fast, it has strong connection to the network, everything propagates very fast, but I'm not sure I actually trust it. If I had fortune in bitcoin I'd probably keep it on some offline storage. Since it not a bank they actually are not likely legally supposed to follow banking laws so they could hypothetically just close the website and run off into the sunset, or other scenario, they get hacked or something have it all stolen, its not protected by insurance either.

I've used many.  Like CaptainKurt mentions, blockchain.info is great for making purchases, transfers and holding small amounts.  For large amounts I keep them in cold storage.

Airbitz for most day to day transactions, and cold storage for anything everything else.
