Yellow, almost "dusty" growth, is this mycelium?

I have seen some puffy mycelium knots before but nothing quite like this, what do yall think?

what concerns me other than the yellow dusty appearance is that it is in the part of the tub where theres minimal fruits

It's fine. Multiple factors could cause it.

Dried metabolites, genetics, bacteria, lack of fae which looks possible by your long fruits. Basically it's fine. Just mycelium.
