Different substrates

I'm a little bit confused;we have got a certain volumed case and we want to grow mushrooms which one produces the more psylocin(so psylosin amount is the potency*yield(number and volume of mushrooms))
1)Millet only(Wbs is a mix of millets so probably no different categorization for it)
2)Millet+bulk(poo/straw/Dmt containing plants)
3)rye only
4)rye+bulk(poo/straw/Dmt containing plants)
5)corn only
6)corn +bulk(poo/straw/Dmt containing plants)
Don't forget we have the same amount with all so bulk is cheaper everyone knows we're not interested in this.Just an experiment I decided to make so,

Yes,I had checked it and that's why I'm confused.I was about to post this on this thread ,but I think the question is more general.

listen to th advise of bluemeanie... millet will give you the most potent mushrooms if you prep everything to the t.
