Brown and yellow with a hint of brusing...

Hell fellow Shroomers! A friend of mine is in need of your help. They went camping this weekend and left the care of misting and fanning to an inexperienced loved one (Sacrifices....). While she did her best, it goes without saying that it isn't just like handing over the wheel in a car. ANYWAYS.
He messed up and told her that over watering was better then under watering while the main fruit stage is going on. I believe that to be a mistake. As upon return the cakes looked like this:

Notice the yellowish brown tone, with a hint of blue bruising. Is this where they were over watered? Is there still hope for a second flush? Is this contamination/bacteria? The yield was three zips. Hope to get another! These photos were taken after the first flush and after the dunk. Should I have cleaned them of pins? I kind of figured they would take off once its hydrated. I suppose there be the fear of rot eh?
Thank you for your time and all your help.

Yeah you don't want to over water during fruiting, since your aiming for evaporation. And second pic looks like trich. I would say to try and let the first one dry up a bit (not bone dry obviously) but the second one belongs in the trash before you infect that other cake,

It's probably metabolites.
Get better pics.

No trich fortunately. Ive been watching close. the dark spot you see is bruising. So this is definitely from over watering?

The pics are fine dude. I don't know how much clearer you can get them... That is exactly what the cakes in question look like.

Brown usually means drying out, the top is bruised prolly from over misting. How's the humidty?

Getting offended at me saying you're not a great photographer?
The second pic, wtf is with the spotlight in the middle of it? I'm not here to critize your pics though. Like PPP says, how's your humidity and your misting, etc?

No, I just got a little perturbed because it seems like you are part of a minority on this forum that seems to enjoy chiming in with vague, one sentence responses that always seem to be critical and not very helpful. If you had anything helpful to add then you should have said so in your first response. I'm not mad. Just more like, wtf dude??
So moving on from that.
The spotlight is this nifty little LED battery powered light I have to check jars and plates n such. There is no light in the space I am using for Mycology, other then a desk lamp and the bar light on the wall, so I was using the spotlight to show the colors more. I try to keep it pretty humid in the chambers. I have no analog hydrometer at this time to check the exact humidity in the chamber itself. But from visual observation I believe it to be okay. The closet everything is in stays at 60% Humidity. I honestly think it was from over-watering. These cakes were dunked after the picture was taken. Sense then they've began to knot over the yellow spots and are beginning to pin again. Because of the situation, I don't anticipate an amazing second flush. But hey, it was a learning experience for sure.

it looks like bad graffiti which is why we want better pics. The lighting is bad. And honestly I too can't tell if it's a mold or just metabolites.

Lol, and I am telling you.. that is exactly how it looked at that time. The color is cloudy on the cake. Not in the picture. Notice the detail on top of the cake. That Isn't a blur in the photo.
