First Grow (Mazatapec) question

First of all, I want to say that this is a great community about mushrooms, for the past few days I've been reading here.
My question is, is everything alright with my mushrooms? I've already read that this "fuzzy" stuff comes from to much misting (or so I believe) All I want to know is, are they safe to eat and when should I harvest?

Nice! They are begging for more FAE, hence the fuzzy feet and long skinny stems. I would say they have another day or 2 to go.

Yeah they need more fresh air, the fuzzy feet will subside if you give it more air exchange.
Are you fruiting in a bag? Some kits will tell you to fruit in the bag to keep the Relative Humidity up, but at the same time it will cut down on your fresh air. If you are fruiting in a bag I would consider cutting a few holes in the sides to allow air to flow through, but at this point they can be easily open air fruited because they are almost mature.
Oh they are perfectly safe to eat, btw.

Yes I am fruiting in a bag. So I just could get them out of the bag and they are ok, or what do you mean by open air fruting? (sorry i am a newbie) Thanks

You can open the top of the bag and fan it out 2 times a day, or poke a bunch of holes 1/4 in a 2"x2" grid all over the sides of the bag.
There are a lot of different ways to get most amount of air into the bag as possible. Cronicr has a lot of open air fruiting experience. The main idea is that fresh air can be more important at the later step when the fruits are maturing than RH.
The majority of the moisture in your fruits is going to come from your substrate, and not the Relative Humidity of your fruit chamber.
