P. Cyan Spore print inoculation

So I have a print that's about 1 inch in diameter, but the one issue I have with this is that when I made the print last Autumn, it was originally for decoration so it was put onto paper, and packing tape was put over it. After making the decision that I want to try and cultivate in a backyard substrate, I peeled off the tape, and the print came off with it, but some stayed on the paper. I could just rip the bit of paper off that has some spores on it, and put it under a layer of wood chips to fruit next season. But how would I go by getting the spores off of the tape without compromising them?
TL;DR: Made a spore print and taped over it, want to know how to inoculate with/without taking them off of the tape.

i think you will be hard pressed to get anything done with that print, you could try agar but im willing to bet it wouldnt' be a very easy road to take

Thanks for the advice, but what do you believe to be the best method of transferring the spores into the substrate?

He essentially said you'd be better off not using it... And then he threw the agar method out there...
What more do you want?

On the chance that it germinates, agar would help you clean it up. Just as cronicr said. This is probably your best bet.
If you want the best way to get the spore in the substrate, try burying it maybe.

I'd vote just buy a cube spore syringe and pf cake it. I'd say its your best chance of seeing fruits.
