When pastuerizing straw?
    #2164831 - 12/06/03 05:18 PM (20 years, 3 months ago)

letting the straw cool down after pastuerization can it be left to sit out overnight to cool in the same bag it was pastuerized in? Or do you think this is too high of a contam risk?

Same bag is fine, I recommend covering it with something, like a plastic bag, just to be safe. Good luck
