Does anyone have any experience or opinion about the Mirro 22 quart pressure canner? I saw it at Menards and was thinking about buying one.
The site lists the following features:

Thanks!

Looks like a fine PC to me. Just take care of it and it will you.

That one has a rubber seal so I would try to keep it clean, and out of the sun. I use an All American that is aluminum so I try not to use any type of detergents. That one is stainless so you don't have to worry about that too much, although when canning you shouldn't have to clean it too intensively. when cooking in it you may need to use some. Pretty much just keep it clean and put it back in the box when not in use. It should last awhile, although I think a metal on metal seal is best.

I just got this PC as well. Just don't use too much water or else the rocker will not rock. .

Sorry for bringing this thread back from the dead but does anyone use this pc? I really want the Presto 23qt that everybody loves but it's out of stock everywhere. This one is considerably cheaper than what most places have the presto marketed for. I'm looking for something that costs no more than $150.00 and will last years to come.
