What's wrong with these pins?
    #21633895 - 05/04/15 09:26 AM (9 years, 16 days ago)

Grown using PF tek already had a first flush from like 8 cakes and they where great no problems at all. These are from the second birthing session of the slow colonizers. First flush for them strain is creepers these guys are on 3 of the 4 new cakes. Any idea what's wrong with them? It's like the cap has split and is showing the gills. Please ignore the horrible bruising, had my gf take care of them while I was away and she has a heavy misting finger.

I think that's a sign of vert. I've never had it but someone else might chime in that has.

I don't think there's anything wrong. I'm growing a PF TEK right now and a lot of my fruits have been doing that....behold batman the mushroom!

Looked up some pics of vert, doesn't appear to be the problem. There is no discoloration on the stems and no bad spots on the caps. Shrooms look healthy and yummy just have the split cap. Nanananananananannanananananan BATSHROOM!

Now that they have grown a bit I've noticed these brown streaks on the stems getting paranoid about vert heh,  no bad spots on caps just the split parts. Hope this isn't a contam, searched a few threads and read it might just be from high humidity which could be possible as I live in a place with 60-70% RH plus the sgfc with 4 inches of perlite.
