Thats not enough info:
What substrate?
What temperature?
How many CC's per jar/hole?
Spores or mycelium innoculant?
Those are the basics.

Verm/brown rice ground to make flour. 70 to 80 degrees F. Used pf spore syringe P.cubensis.1/2cc in each of the 4 holes.

A 1/2 cc in each hole seems a little much. I put a 1/4 cc in each of the 4 holes. My pf jars fully colonized in 13 days and heads starting apperaing at 16.

They didn't go with standred 1/2pint they used 1pint jars thought 1/4 wouldn't be enough. were they wrong?

how in the world can you put a 1/4 cc in the jar??? how thats like --touch-- i cant get any less than 1 1/2 or 2

One spot in the middle of growth looks like ink spot black or blue can't tell. figure it's bruiseing. Can that happen so early.

no brusing will not happen that early in a jar. It is contamination. Toss it.
