inoculating with liquid culture

im on my first shot at mycology ive inoculated a bagteq i baught and used the remaining ml to make a liquid culture

if tge lc works can i inoculate a log with it

You need to inoculate some spawn first. Make a master jar. When youre done with the spawn run, you spawn to your sub. If you want to make a log, im assuming straw you will need to have fully colonized spawn to spawnto the "log"
