RH help with monotub, need more moisture?

after about 2 weeks of full colonization there are no fruit bodies showing, There are Beads of water are on the mycelium although the humidity seems too low. I take that I leeched the hpoo too much, At the time I didn't know that the correct point of moisture was to leech to where the water isn't dripping wet where. As where I would squeeze until there was no more drip. Mono has 6 holes, 3 on each side with 5 gallons of substrate. The first few days after grain transfer water droplets collected on the saran wrap which is taped on to the top. Should I use a sterile way of misting until the droplets collect back on the top? (Thru the polyfil holes). first two weeks for colonization the temperatures dropped near 55 during the night. I moved the location so the temps remain 70-75 degrees. I have used the search with nothing good to come. glad to have help from others into the myco hobby

Yes, when the sub was about 75% the way colonized I took off the lid its been in light (fruiting. been 2-3 weeks for some of the monos, For this strain if conditions are right its supposedly around 17 days for it to fully colonize then a week to fruit. A different one has a much browner color to it with not as much water, also a crack thru the bulk bulk that happened when I was moving it. I think risking contams for a yield at all would be worth it. just wanted a word from someone who has been thru this situation

The first week and a half they were, I moved them onto shelves where the temp is consistant. One of them has more color of the hpoo and not as much moisture. I was going to sterilize a pot before boiling water and putting it in a spray bottle that Ill run soap and bleach or 90% alc. The up side is that I know what I did wrong and ill have another chance from clones. Have a good friday

Why did you fruit at only 75% colonization? Full colonization is a primary pinning trigger. When using a sub like hpoo fruiting before full colonization is a contam vector. Less condensation on the saran merely points to a lower temp inside the tub which is to be expected when ithe culture is no longer in a veg state. The surface has beads of moisture so RH is not the issue.
A look at the holes you did put in would be a good thing. FAE is important for primordia development.
