I hadn't checked my OI jars I have incubating for a week or so and decided to check up on them today, I lift off the blanket and immediatly see long white things that initially look like worms or some shit but they were long skinny pins (about 4in long ) the thing is the jar isn't even fully colonized yet. I think it started to pin due to the way I have things setup, the jar was wrapped in a blanket over a light that I have suspended to give light to the fruiting chamber and provide heat for the jars, and I guess some light got through the blanket so I fixed that problem, now what I need to know is what to do with this jar... it's about 80% colonized. I was thinking either to just let in fruit invitro, or I could birth it, cut off all the uncolonized parts and throw it in the fruiting chamber, what do you think? Any other options?

I'd fruit in vitro if it's pinning before it's 100% colonized. At least for the first flush.... You could always dunk + fruit or case them after the first flush when they're fully colonized, if you want.

never did invitro before... can I just leave it on a window sill with indirect light at room temp? Should probably take the foil off the lid for better air exchange as well correct?

Yeah -- any indirect light should be fine. In vitro is easy -- just provide light and they'll grow -- simple as that.
You shouldn't need the foil, but that's up to you. I would take it off, as long as you have a vermiculite barrier.
Good luck!
