Attempt to pinset
    #21608647 - 04/28/15 11:15 AM (9 years, 22 days ago)

Rolled in verm, built the SGFC, and put the cakes in.

Only one of the six cakes has 2 pins.. and those came out during the dunk.

I read that FAE is most important for triggering the pinning.

I do not have a humidity reader thing, so I will just hope since I built the SGFC exactly how the instructions ask that it'll be fine. What signs do I look for to know when to fan/mist? It's hard to tell if they are "glistening" when I spray. The tinfoil has big water droplets on it from me misting.. maybe I should take it easy?

I was wondering, since one cake grew 2 large pins while in the dunk and the rest aren't, in theory the one cake might grow full mushrooms earlier than the rest, do I pick those ones first  cake even if the rest aren't done growing?

Then if I do pick the cakes that finish first, is it safe to leave the picked cake and dunk and roll later with the rest once they are harvested for a 2nd flush. Or do see the cakes as individuals and harvest then dunk/roll it immediately and continue on watching and keeping track of each cake as an individual?

Also the one cake with 2 pins that grew while fully submerged haven't moved/grown since being in the SGFC for 13 hours, yet underwater they grew so fast.

I let 5 of them consolidate for 2 weeks, the one straggler for one week.
