Monotub: Should I pick these fruits that got a big headstart (on the sides of the substrate)?

This is my second cultivation project and first Monotub. Spawned WBS grain to bulk coconut coir/verm, let it do the whole colonization thing for awhile, introduced fruiting conditions (all from memory, I might add), blah blah blah.
It's been fruiting for maybe 4-5 days or so (?) now (I haven't been recording my progress meticulously like I did first time around lol) and, as you can see in the photos below, the top of the sub looks pretty good, but is lagging quite a bit behind the sides. My substrate shrunk a lil bit during colonization, so there's about a 1/2" gap between the sub and the side of the tub. The sides got a several day headstart on primordia/pinning - and I'm pretty sure I know why (evaporation, etc.) - but that's not what concerns me...
So: what should I do about these early bird mofos? Leave them there to grow? Or do I pick them now and try to get a more even pinset?
Thank you very much for your time and consideration!

Use a liner. That will definitely help.

Hmm. OK. I seem to remember reading something way back - a grow log maybe - about picking shrooms that get started before the rest because even pinsets are more desirable. Or perhaps because it's preferable to harvest the entire flush at once, therefore you don't want a few shrooms reaching maturity long before the rest of the pack. But I'm not sure yet.
I'm not anxious about picking them at all. It's not an issue of patience, I only want to optimize the harvest.
Haha yeah, should've used a plastic liner in retrospect. I guess I will have to drill holes in the bottom of the tub in order to dunk it later on... At least I didn't use an aluminum tub this time.

Even pinsets are desirable because they look sexy as hell
Pick them as they mature...this tub flushed 3 days in a row so I had to harvest accordingly.

You can also cut the caps off any that open up early. Sporesplosion's can be a heck of a mess and your fruits won't look quite so pretty.

cool pic wow.
i harvest early bloomers if they are ahead so they don't get overgrow. but you know sometimes life gets in the way and you have to harvest when you have to harvest.
there are times where tubs do exactly what wow's did. they will fruit 3 different batches. ill harvest accordingly.
