Trich Spores

So I'm getting done with an invitro grain grow and the cakes are still putting out decent 1/8oz flushes (dried of course), but I notice Triche has popped up in 2 of the jars.
I'm going to go ahead and let the mushies grow because it's a flushed worth keeping but how badly will this effect my SGFC?
I assume that the Trich being in a jar won't spread spores as easily as on a exposed sub but none the less how big of a clean-up will I have to do before my next grow??

They will spread everywhere. Doesn't matter if it's in a jar or not. Airflow will blow them spores around.

So what should I do before my next grow?
I can wipe down the SSGFC as best as I can with Iso. PC my jars, of course. What can I do about Trich spore in the perlite? PC the perlite to?
The FC is not in my work area so hopefully that won't cause too much of a problem.. mannn...

Perlite isn't going to grow trich. Spray teen percent bleach on the sides

Alright. Good idea.
I generally toss anything that Trichs on me ASAP. As SOON as these shoots tear the veils I'm pulling them and sending my FC through a car wash. Hahaha.

Perlite will however get covered in microscopic spores and since it's needed to get the internal air flow going, it will spread the spores around. Fully colonized jars will have resistance to trich spores so you should be fine for the first few flushes, but to be safe I'd sterilize everything before using it again.
