Most of what I would write in the post is in the picture. I am having trouble with too high temperature and maintaining humidity. Live in southwest so its hot and dry.

Looks a bit excessive. What is your normal room temperature with your a/c running?

automated systems are usually more trouble than they are worth.
If you really want to do an automated you can use an ulta sonic humdifire. Keep in mind they sometimes dry out the sub if left running all the time. They should be used to just incress FAE.
You typical run into issues with contams coming from the humidifier to fruting chamber. They are typicaly used more in Martha setups.

This is conjecture and not true at all. We fruit in open environments so If you are getting contams in your substrates it is due to dirty spawn, not your humidifier.
It doesn't seem like automation, just a unique set up. I would consider ditching the fan and iceblock. Unless the temp in your home is over 99 degrees. Cubes are tropical species and will do really well in high temps during fruiting as long as there is enough humidity to keep the sub from drying out.

Could have just been my setup. I had milky color of water in my tubbing after a few days. It was probbly just my setup. I have my read other posts about people claiming humidifiers incressing contam rates too.

Humidfers also grow mold in them. You can't clean all of it out. Ever seen an old humidifier with black mold in spots you can't clean?
