Is there a way...

to set your computer to refresh the screen automatically? Say every 45 seconds or so?

I do alot of scoreboard watching and it would be nice to not have to keep hitting refresh.

I have windows xp.

Yes, is there a way to have it refresh automatically?

Yes there is:

1. Start RegEdit; select Start, Run; type regedit; and press Enter.
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Update.
3. Double-click UpdateMode in the right pane and set the value as 00 for autorefresh on, 01 for autorefresh off.
4. Click OK, close RegEdit (choose Registry, Exit), and restart the computer.

But I think the page you are viewing has to support auto-refresh for it to work or something.

Save the html page on your computer and then edit it and add < META "refresh" content="45;URL=page.html">

Firebird has an option to auto-refresh all tabs, just so you know.

I checked out that firebird page and I didn't see auto-refresh listed as an option. Am I just missing it?

auto-reload is a feature of an extension - I believe its TBE.
