Ok after tripping reasonably hard four times I think I am prepared to journey in deeper. Which chemical do you think is less harsh on a first time high dose? I am talking about either three and a half hits of LSD or 5-7 grams of Ps. Cubensis.

In my oppinion lsd is alot better for high dose trips. when you eat 7 grams of shrooms it is just so incapacitating. in my eyes lsd is still the best drug for mind exploration/expansion.

I think that LSD is better for me for high dose trips. Not that I don't enjoy mushrooms, in fact I take them more often, but too much can be disorienting and kinda scary. LSD has never really affected me that way. Aftereffects are worse from LSD though, as it makes it hard to sleep or eat sometimes, and leaves you feeling kinda hung out to dry. I usally feel good after a mush trip.

I was leaning towards LSD before I posted. What you guys say makes sense from what I can tell about my lower dose LSD trip(1 hit) that I bumped with mushrooms. Thanks for the help, any more opinions are welcome as I would love to hear them.

Take a high dose of LSD if you can. I find it much less disorienting than mushrooms but more rewarding and fun at the same time. But I agree with nicechrisman that coming down from a high dose of LSD can be tough. It's nice if you have some Xanax or Valium around for afterwards.

LSD is definitely more of an energetic high.
BUT, I think I prefer the less analytical mindfuck of mushrooms. The awe of perceiving myself while on real high doses (7-10 dried grams) is just to intense for words.
LSD is great at high doses as well. Super energy buzz! But I find that I get caught in thought loops pretty easy on high amounts of acid. Become obsessive about shit. But the visuals, OMG!
Fuck it, do the acid first, then about a week later do the shrooms.

Personally i like high dose of LSD better (although i am very biased)
High dose shrooms was weird because i was totally out of touch with reality, and i didn't like how i thought i was dying. I was totally out of it, didnt know who i was, where i was, what was real...etc
Acid is just like dissolving away into the universe forever
They are both pretty rough at high doses though

Three hit's is a good start if you wan't to take the next step.. Nothing tkae's you deeper inside yourself than a good intense LSD trip.. The first time I took three hit's it changed my life..
