Nightmares and, sleep paralysis.
    #21541990 - 04/13/15 01:55 PM (9 years, 1 month ago)

I have recently been getting nightmares almost every night for over a month as well, as sleep paralysis often and, was hoping for someones help in advising me what I should try taking to get rid of this.I have already tried taking many different things and, the only one that has worked has been coq10 and, this only worked for 2 days in a row.

What sort of experiences are you having?

Sometimes it can be a precursor to an Out of Body Experience and can be considered a gift.

Other times entities that stink and feel horrible grab you 'down there' and insert things into your asshole. IF YOU FIND A MEDICATION/SUPPLEMENT THAT STOPS THIS SHIT PLEASE LET ME KNOW LOL

This is most like a problem with the levels of neurotransmitters in your brain. CoQ10 increases levels of dopamine which has an effect on dreaming. Have you taken drugs recently that might have altered the level of dopamine, serotonin etc? I have had nightmares/sleep paralysis after coming down from MDMA due to low levels of serotonin. Lots of drugs can affect neurotransmitter levels.

The other possibility is that it is a psychological or energetic issue. Any major stress happening at the moment? It might sound strange but one suggestion I have is to smudge yourself and your house with white sage. It will remove any negative energy attached to you or your house that might be contributing to your experiences.

Love is from the infinite, and will remain until eternity.
The seeker of love escapes the chains of birth and death.
Tomorrow, when resurrection comes,
The heart that is not in love will fail the test.
