after the innoculation shake of my jars, when is the next shake to take place, all of them thereafter, thanks for the help guys.

I shook my millet at around 5% and this REALLY helped speed things along....I did a couple at 50% as well but the others didn't need it

Yeah, shake em very well when you have a couple of growing spots.

Then, let it colonize without touching it. If you shake too much, it will slow down colonization because everytime you shake, you break all the myc and it takes a day or 2 to recover.

Listen to fish_in_my_head. One shake after you have some decent growth is all you should need for fastest colonization.

agreed, one shake is best at about 45-55% colonization. Less shaking, less chance of spreading contams.
