Cocaine nightmares/withdrawals

I've been using cocaine every weekend and some weekdays for about the past two months. I've also drank very heavily every time and the dosage has increased with each time. Friday night I drank and did blow. Saturday night I got extremely hammered (30+ drinks), smoked a ton of kush, blew about two grams of quality in a short time period and blacked out... I drove about thirty minutes home and remember nothing. My girlfriend, who is temporarily long distance, said I called her and she couldn't understand me, but she could tell I was asking for help or something. I also texted a bunch, somehow legible messages, while driving. I realize the shits getting out of control so I'm trying to stop. I woke up Sunday and couldn't walk, was pissing blood, pupils blown and nonreactive, abdominal pains, body aches, muscle spasms, headache and throbbing, bleeding out of every orifice, shaking, constant respiratory distress, irrational thoughts, cold sweats, hot flashes, could not eat or drink anything, chest pain, heart palpitations, and that's all I can think of at the moment. I thought about going to the ER but I work in the medical field and know staff in all of them around here. I felt like I was dying, that night obviously, and the whole next day. It's Monday morning and some of the symptoms are persisting but I don't feel like I'm in immediate danger anymore. My thought process is still very disorganized and I have work today. Last night I could only sleep in 30 minute increments with horrible night terrors and sleep paralysis. Anybody have a similar experience? Know how long this will last and what kind of things to expect? Advice?

My only advice is to get off the crap because it will only get worse the more you abuse it

Yea, I'm done with it. Yesterday was a wake up call. I don't feel normal though and my memory is gone, I honestly barely remember anything in the last two months.

Only time will help you get better
I never abused cocaine but I did abuse a lot of meth and I'm still recovering from the damage that was done

Fuck sleep paralysis, to hell. The nightmares were extremely vivid too. In some I knew I was asleep and would wake myself up to either be paralyzed or in another nightmare.

I'm just hoping it isn't too long. Lots of accompanying depression too which already makes me feel like doing more, but I'm not. I've never done meth, thankfully and wish you all the best with recovery.

Dude its probably all the cuts too really fuckin you up. Heavy use like that youre probably ingesting levamisole and phenacetine or whatever that shit is.
Its all bad. And cocaine is pretty toxic to your heart and most likely other parts of you.
Best to avoid it. I still use it sometimes when im drinking and really it the worst drug its expensive and shitty. Bad come down. Bad side effects.

Yep, and IIRC, there is some nasty, liver-destroying chemicals being made in your body when you mix coke and booze.

Yea, no clue what its cut with, or common additives. It is extremely expensive for such a short lived high with shitty side effects, I'm out about 3K in two months. I'm pretty sure I can stay away from the stuff sober but when I'm drinking and lose inhibition it seems like a good idea.

Appreciate it. I've been drinking a lot of water/juice... Not much of an appetite to eat anything though. You still have cravings for the drug? That is what's gonna suck even after this physical shit is gone, the mental battle.

How long have you been drinking heavily for? Luckily physical addiction to alcohol seems to take a while, but it's possible that you are in dangerous territory if you have drank heavily every day and are now quitting cold turkey.
You may want to visit a walk in clinic since you can't go to the hospitals around your area and explain your situation. They should give you a small script of a long acting benzodiazepine which will help your symptoms and most of all, stop you from having a seizure.
I've quit coke before and it gets better then worse then better again, so just keep sticking it out and when it gets bad again, remember it's just for a little while.

I don't drink heavily every day, but I do binge drink quite often and I can tell a physical dependence is growing. I thought about a walk in clinic yesterday for my symptoms but in my condition I would've been sent to the ER. Thanks for the advice, im gonna try really hard to stick it out.

Yeah, it becomes a battle. But try to remember what you're going through right now and the craving will diminish I been sober for a long time now.

Yea, it's definitely motivation to remember this in all its suckiness. Congrats on the sobriety. Not even alcohol? I feel like that may be my biggest problem, more so than the blow even. I don't know if I could ever quit that completely just because of social situations. I plan on cutting back and limiting drinks though.

Thanks, good luck, man. Even the alcohol. I had a couple drinks once with friends, and totally regretted it: I immediately felt sick, stomach and head ache It's like my body knows .. And can't handle it anymore
