Inspiring LOW TEK Sterilization, Cultivating, Farming Methods/Ghana

Hello everyone, (This Post is cross-posted between the Medicinal and Gourmet Forum and Psych. as I do not differentiate between the two categories personally. I am sincerely interested in others input and concepts.)
I am new to Shroomery but not new to Organic farming in general. I just found all of these wonderful Video's from the Kumasi Institute in Ghana and so many of these low tech methods for Mushroom Farming can be applied here in the "West" as well.
I did a search here and see that someone did a post last year in general regarding the Kumasi Institute(Peace Cops Ghana Project) but these Videos's are more subject specific.
The ingenuity and use of available recycled bottles, old newspaper etc. is remarkable.
(Using soda pop and beer bottles for grain substrate containers. I realize this not an "ideal" container but when you don't have much money you make do with what you can get. I have tons of Canning Jars so don't need to resort to this but it is still inspiring to see)
Also, many do not have the financial resources to be able to afford fancy Autoclaves so I will personally be doing the oil drum over a pile of logs method. (I have the Mountains, Woods and a stream in a protected area so I am good to go.)
I hope all of you are as inspired by these video’s as I am. Granted, the Mushrooms being grown are "Oyster Mushrooms" but the methods are universally inspiring AND APPLICABLE!
Namaste and Tashi Delek! (Tashi Delek means "Good Fortune" roughly in Tibetan. I lived in Kathmandu, Nepal for a few years and have a deep love for Nepali and Tibetan Cultures)
Big hugs to all of you,

Some methods may work for some species and not for others. This forum is for species containing psychoactive compounds and some of the farming methods for edibles don't work here.
This is in part due to aggressiveness in different species as well as substrate nutrients and conditions required.

Is the oil drum with a hole pretty much making a pressure cooker? It seemed to be letting the steam out of the top in intervals. Otherwise I'm not sure how the spawn would be sterilized. Or is it pretty much bag PF tek?
I mean if you can do this effectively I would probably use this if I wanted to make a lot of spawn.

I would have a pressure relief valve on the lid and just turn it into a giant PC at low pressure. I have tested the pressure build up on a water boiler with a single vent tube of about 6-7mm internal diameter. I think it got to about 2psi at 3kW.

Did anyone notice any filters for the bags?
If they are growing a particularly aggressive species with a good culture, they might have a low contam rate.

they might be semi permeable bags to begin with, maybe.
I just like the spray sanitizer and tool to dislodge grains in those bottles, makes me cringe.

yeah, a few cringe worthy things going on.
Those bags just have the PVC thing for the opening and as far as I can tell, it just stays open without a filter.
They use cotton for the spawn bottles. Maybe they use that for the bags too and I just missed it. Maybe they just don't need all the sterile tek for what they grow or the cost of extra sterility is not cost effective.

In the second video at 2:50 you can see what looks like cotton plugs in the bags behind him, then after that you see a girl and boy plugging the holes and looking at the camera.
