Condensation problems on grow tent floor

Hello,
I have a 5'x5'x6.5' secret jardin grow tent. I have 3 36"x15"x72ish" metal wire shelves in it, and each shelf has a plastic dish bin for holding substrate.
I have a 6" inline centrifugal fan mixing the air inside the tent, every half hour for a half hour, and sucking in cold air from an AC (using a 4" centrifugal inline fan).
The issue is that I keep finding water puddling on the floor, and that isn't acceptable because I'm worried about condensation on the floor underneath (which is carpet unfortunately, my living situation is not ideal) causing mold.
I'm growing Black Poplars. Should I just scrap that idea and go with sporeless pearl oysters or something that I can produce at room temperature (that should fix a lot of the condensation, right?

Personally, I would just build a raised little floor/tray out of plywood and 2x4's and line it with painters plastic. Drill a hole and slide a tub under it for drainage.

That isn't a bad idea.
I'm going to try and adjust my ultrasonic humidifier setting to be paired with a cool mist humidifier.
Simply because I live in an apartment building and too much construction might raise suspicions that I might be doing other things (which I'm not, but at the same time, don't want to have to deal with the drama).
If that doesn't work, I may end up building a false floor just like you said.

I borrowed a friend's 5 gallon cool mist humidifier and placed it in the middle of the floor in the tent, right under the ultrasonic output duct. It seems to be helping tremendously with mixing the dense vapor of the ultrasonic.
I also set the hygrometer controlled ultrasonic to a delay time of 10 minutes (max), and set its hysterisis (the % from target humidity delay) to 10%, so it kicks on around 84% RH.
I'll keep this thread updated as things progress
