How many years till the New era?
    #2152727 - 12/02/03 08:16 PM (13 years, 4 days ago)

Ok.

I already mentioned my company developed the first step towards e-democracy. Actually, it is the TRUE democracy, where you really choose, you really decide.

Not like todays oligarchy, when some moron takes you to the ww3, cause 30% noninformed citizenes voted for his new yellow tie.

But, we do not have an adequate political strenght yet, cause democratic movement is quiet different to movements in past, cause this movement requires from every person to question himslef about many things. The really stuff. Not to follow the mob. And it is hard, but persistant.

I believe it will take about 2-5 years till we establish the regime based on open source that will remove oligarchy that was ocupied all political functions making hard push against the progress.

Though, we got to the trace of the new political era a year ago. I can see the world e-movement was just a year ago far away, this year, they are about two to three years behind the idea we follow.

But they get closer and closer. Off course, they are theoreticians. After they theorise, they will have to implement it to the RL.

It will take a couple years more, in my opinion and to make a new regime, who knows?

Though, this is the question for those of you who feel the regime we are participating right now is going to die pretty soon.

Question is, how many years till the new political era?

BTW, funny stuff is that if all of you realised the stuff about I am talikng right now, the new era would happen in less than year. But, this is the stuff that takes slow steps, but steps that can not go backwards.

I am tired right now, good night.

A democracy sounds good untill you look at the people around you who will help you make the rules. A democracy is two wolves and a sheep deciding what's for dinner.

Io,Xo!

Off course, to realise, what does it trully mean democracy and who is a real democrat, you have to realise the true meaning of this word. That means that people decide. Many people today think that much better solution is enlinghtened apsolutism, not knowing that it is not possible.

Who is demorcaric power?
1. The one who wants to bring his part to the common good
2. The one who trusts to man and human race itelf
3. The one who is not affraid of people
4. The one who know he can not be and is not the smartest person

Many people think they belong to that power, until they realise they can not follow these concepts. Ther EGO is too strong, they can not trust to the people, cause they are affraided of their narrow mindness, etc.

But, these people who are not the trully democrats, follow the principle of an olgarchy, the system exists today. But, the problem of an oligarchy is to big power on the one place that pretty strongly corrupts anybody. That is the wolves area.

BTW, how many of you thinks he belong to the democratic power? Cause, as I noticed, today, we are talking about 10% of the population.

the purpose of a government is to preserve the peace and protect the rights of its citizens, not to enforce the will of the majority.

to what extent do you think the majority should decide public (enforced) policy? should there be limits to democracy? what should they be?

Let me ask you contraquestion. Do you think is all right people have the right to vote? If that is not your opinion, what is the better model?

that's a tough one... there really should be no reason to. every government decision and action either acts to protect liberty or acts to undermine it. even with the approval of the majority, it should not make decisions to undermine liberty, nor should it shirk from its duty of upholding it as is required.

politicians walk all over civil liberties and the bill of rights, but retain their office so long as they get the most votes... lying under oath is an impeachable offense... and as part of being sworn in, all officials swear under oath to uphold and protect the constitution... why we need a majority opinion to remove from office any men or women who break this oath is beyond me.

Crobih speaks about six languages. His mother tongue is Croatian if I recall correctly (sorry if I got that wrong, Crobih).

His written English is not always perfect, true, but I bet it's a lot better than your written Croatian.

Well, whos real interest is to disable the basic right of people for information? Btw, we can easily see that true democrats - not the party who took that name - know that democracy is not possible without proper informating of the people who choose for common good.

I can speculate and notice that those who are today on the place of the great power, those who will in that situation keep their position of getting proper infos, will keep in that way their main weapon.

I can notice that the only one who is interest in free speech is democratic power.

I can notice that oligarchy would disable this basic human right today, if they had a proper political strenght. But civic society is still strong enough. Till the moment of some huge catastrophy!

But, let me get back to the story of us .

Well, true democratic principle means free speech, cause without it, democracy is not possible. BTW, I like to point out that we do not live in the true democracy, cause info all we get is filtered by the mass media owners.
So, we do not really choose. Because choice between saddam with the red hat, and saddam with the  green hat, I do not see any diference. It is a haox.

Ps, pinky, you remember it right .
