Outdoor Cubensis in BC, Canada - Feasibility?

Primarily interested in the feasability/worthwhileness of even attempting an outdoor cube grow where I am?
Vancouver Island, BC. Coastal weather, humidity is usually 50%+, night temps low as ~35* F, day temp averaging around ~50* F lately.
Basically I have plenty of spawn and can easily colonize lots, but have very limited room for fruiting chambers in indoor conditions. I'm bored and have the resources, so I want to try fruiting as much of it outdoors as possible.
If it's not worth it with cubensis I can just get started with some cyanescens or similar more suited for my environment, but I've already got a bunch of cubensis on hand and want to do as much with all of it as possible.

I would say right now the temps are not good enough for outdoors, now if you were to wait a month than you'd be more likely to have success.

Thanks for the input guys!
Should I be covering the patch with slitted plastic or is that completely pointless granted the conditions? As a means of maintaining high humidity in the patch itself.
Should it get more direct light or less? Most logs and teks I've seen give as little direct sun as possible, but these are cubes in BC so would they benefit from a few more hours of sunlight? Like 4-6 versus the 1-2 suggested I usually see?
Should I try and make the patch substrate with a mix of various materials, hpoo, coir, verm, gypsum, small amounts of perlite and bone meal and some "supercake" nutrients? Or stick to a simpler bulk mix? Or, rather, if I do something more complex than a simple mix, what kind of mix should I go with?
Thanks again for any help.
