BRF jars... ready to fruit? (Pics)

I am just wondering if I should fruit these cakes. They have been colonizing for almost 6 weeks. They seem pretty dry, and one of them is pinning. (3 jars pictured here) 2 of them are at about 95%, but don't seem to be colonizing anymore. I've got 10 Rye jars going too, so if these don't turn out I won't be broken hearted. I just figure, try and fruit and see what happens. What do you guys think?

Yes. The consolidation period is to get them ready to pin. If they're pinning, they're completely ready to pin.

yes, I always wait until jar pinning before birthing, dunking 24hours, roll in Verm and put in Fruiting chamber.

so adept, how do you deal with the tiny mushrooms growing inside the jar? do you take them off before the 24 hrs dunking or you just dunk and roll?

nope, just dunk & roll with the pins still on. They're hefty little buggers and generally are unaffected.

I've heard that if the jar is 100% and pinning to birth it, but if it is NOT 100% and already pinning, then to wait until it is to birth. Most people say if it's pinning, birth it, but I don't know about that.

I've never had a non-contaminated jar start to pin before 100%

Iam talking about a clearly visible growing mushroom where you can see the stem and the cap something like this

I understand, generally they'll be unharmed by dunk/roll. They'll pop out of the verm layer within a day or so.

If you're worried about rolling, just dunk and sprinkle verm on it really good.
