Horse field growing in horse poo

Gills:
Color: black

Stem:
Length: 3-5cm, color: white,thin

Cap:
Diameter: 1-2cm, color-white with tiny brown center

Spore print color:
black

Bruising:
blue/black

I'd guess it's a Psathyrella species.

I see no blue bruising on these specimens. The stipe just screams Psathyrella, as well.

I always found Pan ants to have fairly sturdy, robust stems, I agree with you.

The Lightning hit the nail on the head, heavy rain and (very) swift handling.

They look damaged and old, I wouldn't use the term brittle to describe the stipes. More importantly Psathyrella that grows on dung (from what I recall) are rare and have more distinct features than we are seeing with this collection.
