Mycelium on caps and Humidity question

Hey all,
I recently posted on shroomery asking about why all my pins have aborted. I was told my FC was outdated and that I should build a SGFC. Of course I listened to the community and this is what I built. I have had pin formation on some of my cakes but on the top of the caps there is mycelium growing I have read on the shroomery mixed things about this. Ive read that it means the humidity is too high and ive also read that the humidity is too low so im confused. ALSO on the note of humidity... I bought a cheap 3 dollar humidity and temp gauge from walmart and even after I mist and fan my cakes it only says i have 80-90% RH in my FC sometimes even as low as %70. I even have a hypersonic humidifier running in my room right next to it. Is there any way to raise the humidity? ive already taped a couple holes up as you can see in the picture. I know everyone says cheap gauges are cheap pieces of shit and cant read above %90 but when I had this gauge in my old terrerium it read at 95-99% always. any suggestions on what I can do? misting too much? misting not enough? any suggestions help! thanks so much shroomfam

I wouldnt worry about the humidity too too much, I dont fuck around with hygrometers with my sgfc. IME if i got myc growing on the pins its normally from too much humidity or not enough FAE.
