I was just perusing previous posts and ran across one saying that sometimes Albino (A+) can have green caps that is the result of oxidization or something.
Anyway here is a pic, it is just this pin cluster where I have noticed the greenish color on the caps so far.

The tub smells excellently of mushrooms, definitely no strange odors and all the fruits and mycelium appear to be very healthy.
Also this is a mixed strain monotub (B+/A+) I know I know it was a bad idea and I won't get as large of a yield but at the moment I am very happy to just be getting any fruits at all.

Albino mushrooms usually stain greenish blue instead of purple blue, so there is nothing to worry about. It is probably just an abort or you could be misting it too much as the caps look kind of slimy, other then that the tub looks healthy from what i can see.

Thanks for the quick response! What do you mean by staining? Also I don't think they are slimy but maybe it looks that way in the picture. I actually have not been misting at all, just been providing 12/12 light and FAE. Should I go ahead and pick these little green guys if they are aborts ? (I was reading something the other day that aborts can be just as potent as mature shrooms)

By staining i mean when you bruise the mushroom it will turn blue or green at the site, as for the aborts i would leave them to see if they grow any larger and pick them along with the other mushrooms just before the veils tear if you are not looking for spore prints for potent shrooms.
Good luck with your grow

I have not touched the caps at all, can staining occur without any contact whatsoever ?

Ahh yes sir.. you be right, they are not 'true' albinos, but still they are pretty darn close! Will the caps stay green until they mature ?
