Just a question about aborts. On my last grow I had a shit load of aborts. I mean a shit load. How can one prevent having so much aborts? If I can master thus then there is no reason not to get 2-3 ounces per flush. I had so many that they weighed 3.5 grams dry and walked away with 30gs dry. I would really like some expert knowledge . I love learning new things everyday when it comes to mycology

About the only thing you can do as much of this is caused by genetics is to change the environmental conditions during colonization and fruiting and see if that makes a difference for you. My guess as to a cause is too much water and not enough FAE.

Shit happens sometimes. Climate change. going from a moist humid environment to a dry environment . Try Fan the tub once a day for a couple days before u put it in fruiting conditions . That will slowly lower the humidity mite work for ya. But I think it comes down to genetics some are just more prone to abort.

Yea I fanned it out 4 times. A day. Plenty of humidity. I made sure there was plenty of evaporation off the pins to allow good formations.idk. I know it wasn't far because my mushrooms grew to be some monsters. Check out my gallery. Thanks for. Your guys input

Sometimes if there are more pins than what the substrate can support you will have this problem.

Ever considered perking that shit (no pun intended) up with some gypsum, and, or spent coffee grounds @ 1-5% of each?
Adding spent coffee grounds, and, or at least gypsum at 1-5% will give your sub a nutritional and mineral boost. The coffee adds nitrogen. The gypsum, calcium and sulfur. Both are universally easily available.
Chicken shit and worm castings are a potent source of nitrogen as well. Only use chicken shit and worm castings at the same percentage as the gypsum, and or spent coffee.
