u better make ur syr. if u don't want to waste ur spores !the spores got to hydrate for at least 18 hours before innoc. they will be germinate in this way.
If u drop ur spores directly to the jars maybe nothing happen or if they germinated it's gonna be to slow.

Using spores from prints doesn't prolong growth for a looooong time. The only reason it would take longer for 100% colonization is due to the smaller area of substrate that is hit with the spores.

any of the 13 books are are excellent reading. they mostly contain short stories (1-5 pages) but i particularly recommend the three numbers (about 5-7?) that are the 'idiots abroad' series. i have them bound together, and read em avidly

have you seen Una's growkit? it is shipped ready to go, you press a thing in the top and it drops spores down into sterile grain. same concept, just more guaranteed to be sterile. you can do it, but be sure to wear a facemask and be ubercareful.

biotek - i'll send you a freakbros bound idiots-abroad series if you like

I won one of Una's instant mushroom grow kits in a competition. You just press the white button and it releases a spore capsule into rye grass seed. Colonized pretty quick I thought.

PM sent Shirl

I want to ask something may I?:)does it take longer if you inoculate your jars just after making the syringe or do we have to wait 12 hours strictly after preparing the mushroomsporprintsweetwater?

you don't have to wait the 12 hours for the spores to rehydrate, but if you don't, you'll delay germination by a lot longer than 12 hours!

best to follow the recommendations, they're all there after generations of experimentation. good luck
