Those mutants are awesome but are the yellow spots any cause for concern?

Thanks in advance.

Is it that green like in the pictures? If it's more blue and the color is off you could have a bit of dryness.
Otherwise it looks strikingly like mold.

No. There is no green. There are tons of side pinnings. It's still growing but if it's mold, what do I do? I don't have a garden to spawn it to.

Looks very dry on the surface and could be why it's turning yellow

Sounds like dryness to me. If it's not green, I'd assume it's blue. Bruising. And then the yellow-ness comes from dry mycelium. The colors together may have made it look green.
Is this a second or third flush? May be losing moisture at that point. Just keep up humidity quite a bit or give it a soak.

It's growing at different intervals. I harvest a single large mushroom the other day. There are some still growing as we speak.
I have misted a couple of times today. Do I need to fan?
Thanks in advance.

The yellow is drying myc and the blue is bruising. Your sub is dry, and your humidity is probably too low.

Had a seizure while holding the tub and now I'm embarrassed to take a picture. It's smashed. Anyway, I've kept on misting and doing almost no fanning and stacked the substrate like legos in the tub. The pinnings at the side started to grow. No sweet smell or whatsoever (for now..)
I'll take a picture when I can.

Please do update us. The bruising typically comes from the dryness so hopefully you see that go down a bit.
Hope you're feeling better!
