Anyone who thinks empathy and open mindedness are qualities of a "pussy" needs to take a serious look at their life. I don't think LSD caused TS to turn into someone he hates, but rather it revealed a different side of him, and now this new part of him is conflicting with his old lifestyle.
You can be kind and empathetic without letting yourself be taken advantage of. Or being fake.

The more knowledge, the more sadness. Ignorance is truly bliss.
I feel you, OP. But when it comes down to it, I wouldn't trade my experiences for anything.
Id rather discovered DMT and 4-aco-dmt than be filthy rich and ignorant.

Just wanted to chime in on the DNA argument as I know a thing or two about biology. To an extent, I agree with your statement because of something called epigenetics. I think this is where a lot of confusion is coming from. Basically, a mother's prenatal environment can cause the expression of certain genes to be amplified (DNA Methylation) or reduced (DNA Acetylation). For example, a mother who eats an excess of low nutrient, high calorie foods in the first few weeks of pregnancy will cause the genes that influence metabolism to be methylated and as a result amplified because the baby's body expects to be born into an environment that lacks quality nutrition. Personality is also largely genetic so I wouldn't doubt that epigenetics play a role. I also wouldn't doubt that a father's sperm undergoes similar DNA expression changes as a result of the father's situation, but to be clear I am aware of no scientific evidence of this whatsoever and it is merely a baked explanation I constructed. However, your DNA is set in stone after you're born, barring random mutations but that wouldn't cause personality changes anyway. The changes you experienced are probably 100% psychological and will only be passed onto your children through your more empathetic upbringing of them. I'm not at all saying they didn't happen, I just can't logically see them as DNA changes.
As for your situation, I totally understand where you're coming from as I feel I've made similar changes as a result of my psychedelic experiences, however I would respectfully call them positives. I really needed more empathy and understanding of people in my life and it has made me much more outgoing in social situations that I previously would have been withdrawn in. Although I will say they were intentional changes that I made through assessment of my experiences and took effort to integrate into my life. If I didn't want to make them, I simply wouldn't have and could have very easily gone on with my life how it was, but that isn't something I wanted.

And trust, I'd say every word of this to you in person and I promise you wouldn't do shit about it except know your place. C'mon son.

You're the person that calls the gym, sets up a class, comes, gets beat, can't handle it, and quits. Then blames everything on some prior injury or lack of time to dedicate yourself to anything. The fact this thread exists proves you just suck and you're looking for ways to justify your suckiness. Have fun continuing to suck and deflecting blame.
Oh what a silly little white boi I am. Lol

Having lived through Apartheid in South Africa, this kind of warrant less racism REALLY gets to me. I have seen people stripped from basic human dignity and killed like flies based on their color without second thought. Gets to me how people throw it around so easily. But I guess that regimen was following the code of a warrior. Take out those "weaker" or enslave them for your own benefit. But hey Im just a white boi who gave a shit (at my peril) for my black brothers in that time.

When I first read this post I thought of amphetamine. It is terribly unhealthy, I also find it very unpleasant to be high on speed. But it definitely does turn people into warriors. No compassion, no regrets.
