Random questions on the pyhsics of boiling a sugar water solution (LC)

I have some questions I am curious about when it comes to putting a liquid culture in a pressure cooker.
In this case I'm talking about GWLC (grain water liquid culture), sugar, water, amino acids, fatty acids, a little coffee etc.

When you compare a liquid culture boiling on the stove to one boiling in a pressure cooker, does the one in the pressure cooker
boil more violently?

Would a boiling chip have the same effectiveness in a LC at 15 psi as it would in a boiling solution without a PC?

When boiling a LC in a PC is it possible for steam to also carry minute amounts of sugar up to the SFD in the lid?
I'm pretty sure the answer is yes to this question, what is the name of the physical phenomenon that allows minute solid particles
to 'ride along' with evaporating gases (like water steam) so that I can look into this a bit more.

I'm hoping for a bit more than a yes/no answer, the more detailed the explanation, the better.

Boiling water is 212 degrees.
15psi Is 250 degrees.
My question is why are you making such complex lc's?

You could call it a mixture of 'desire to improve' and 'joy of learning'.

The lc listed is just grain water and coffee, nothing complicated here, there happen to be amino acids and fatty acids naturally in grain water, I just listed them specifically but I posted this question in a scientific forum as well and I figured it wouldn't hurt to add those details, then I copied and pasted here so the information stayed the same... make sense?
